🎉Special Updates from Attorney Neufville!

The Law Office of Edward W. Neufville III, LLC, and our clients have had a busy summer so far! July in DC brings much excitement as we celebrate our country’s freedom. Our interns are integrated well into our team, allowing us to take on more cases and WINS! We also welcomed two more summer interns this month, whom we are excited to introduce.

Wins! Wins! Wins!

B. S. is originally from Burma. B. S. had an outstanding order of removal when she came to see us. Attorney Neufville and the team went into action! The Law Office of Edward W. Neufville III, LLC  helped her apply for her Temporary Protected Status (TPS). A couple of months later, B.S. Temporary Protected Status was approved.

Congratulations!

P.N. is originally from Liberia. He came to the U.S. as a refugee and later got arrested for a crime. Following his arrest, his criminal defense attorney didn’t properly advise him, leading him to take a plea deal leading to his deportation. He hired us when ICE started the process of his deportation. The Law Office of Edward Neufville III, LLC began working with his criminal defense attorney and reopened his criminal conviction. We advised both his criminal defense and state attorney on crafting an acceptable plea agreement that would not trigger immigration consequences.

C.A. is a multinational executive in the U.S. and held an L1 visa. C.A. exhausted her two extensions on her L1 visa status. C.A. hired us to fill out an extension of her L1 visa status. Due to COVID-19, C.A. spent considerable time out of the U.S. The Law Office of Edward Neufville III, LLC was able to obtain a third extension of C.A’s L1-A visa and recaptured the time spent outside of the United States. A month later, The Law Office of Edward W. Neufville III, LLC applied for her green card based on her L1-A status and this was approved!

Congratulations!
