The Law Office of Edward W. Neufville III is accepting applications for an in-person Legal Marketing Internship. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in the marketing aspect of immigration law.
Responsibilities:
*Assist with phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information to clients.
*Assist with mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
*Assist with the maintenance of files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
*Assist with the notification of clients via telephone and emails on matters relating to their case including biometric appointments, interview appointments etc.
*Assist with the maintenance of up-to-date client information/ data; copying, faxing, and inputting information in immigration case management database.
*Assist with research and other related tasks for marketing and legal activities.
*Assist supervisor with accurate completion of immigration forms.
*Assist Attorney/supervisor with completion of affidavits for asylum cases, family petition etc.
*Assist with general administrative support duties, including tracking, filing, and mailing relevant documents, applications, letters etc.
*Create images, update, and post supervised social media content.
*Assist with the Development of a Marketing and Social Media plan.
*Strategize, plan and execute marketing and social media strategy.
*Other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
*Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently as well as within a team.
*Must be well-organized; able to complete work in a timely manner and highly reliable.
*Able to maintain confidentiality.
*Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Canva and virtual platforms.
*Creativity and digital design skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including legal and analytical writing.
