Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents on Google Drive, answering phones, and updating and maintaining the COO and attorney’s calendar.
- Update, maintain, and manage consultation call summaries for report purposes.
- Consultation representative: schedule consultations, follow up with consultation requests, and assist clients with preparing for their talks as needed.
- Correspond with court and immigration agencies as needed
- Insert monthly consultation request emails into the Mailchimp portal.
- Research current events to submit for webinar discussions and office updates.
- Maintain and update copies of client case summaries
- Send notifications to Answer Hero for office closures and updates as needed
- Create a monthly consultation summary and create a quarterly consultation report.
- Post-employment requests on partnering websites.
- Organize and manage confidential documents as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
Scheduled Hours:
Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
One Saturday a month 9 AM – 2 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- First Saturday of the month
