 Employment Authorization Update

Our clients have received their Employment Authorization cards. The Employment Authorization card ensures that individuals are able to legally work in the United States. 

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) have passed a Temporary Final Rule (TFR) that increases the automatic extension period for employment authorization and Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) for up to 540 days. This rule is effective immediately, May 4, 2022.
